1. EasyStreetSports.com reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager prior to its acceptance. Any wager made without adequate credit or funds will be voided. EasyStreetSports.com cannot be held responsible for any computer, typing or human error when posting odds, lines, or point spreads other than those intended.

2. Minimum wager $50 via call Center. Maximum wager is $50,000 unless otherwise specified. $10 minimum wager via the internet, $2000 maximum wager via the internet. The maximum contest, proposition, or future wager is $500 unless otherwise specified or approved by Agent.

3. Clients must identify themselves by Personal Identification Number (PIN #) and password before obtaining odds, placing wagers, or verifying account balances.

4. Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or visit to our website prior to wagering. When customer verifies and accepts account balance, customer agrees that all previous transactions are correct. All disputes and claims must be settled prior to making any additional wagers. Client must address all disputes and claims within 7 (seven) days from the date of wager. EasyStreetSports.com digitally records and archives all wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies. Recordings and archived records shall serve as the final determination of any dispute and all wagers adjusted accordingly.

5. Wager Confirmations.

A . Phone Customers

READ BACK IS FINAL, The ticket writer will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, client must re-confirm wagers by stating their PIN number thus making wagers final.

If a customer confirms a read back where the ticket writer made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the customer to correct any errors during the read back.

In the event a customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties (disconnections, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to call 877-867-4040 immediately to confirm wager or the wager will be entered as understood by the ticket writer. In a case of a discrepancy, the archived recording of said transaction will determine the wager type and wager amount.

B . Internet Customers

Internet Customers will confirm wager by entering their password. All wagers are FINAL. If an Internet customer confirms a wager that he/she did not intend to make, the Internet customer must immediately call the wagering department at 877-867-4040 and the wager will be deleted at the line manager's discretion ONLY.

EasyStreetSports.com cannot and will not be held liable for Internet customer's mistakes.

It is the customer's responsibility to check pending wagers immediately after making a wager on the internet to ensure customer confirmed the wager. If wager is not in the PENDING BETS file then customer does not have a wager and forgot to confirm wager by entering password. Customer must re-enter the wager and confirm with password to have a valid wager.

6. EasyStreetSports.com reserves the right to add, delete, or change house wagering rules or payoff odds.

7.Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.

8. All sporting event must be played on the date, and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another site will automatically constitute "No Action"

9. In order to have "Action", the event must go:

* Football (professional or college) 55 minutes of play
* Basketball (professional) 43 minutes of play
* Basketball (college) 35 minutes of play
* Hockey (professional or college) 55 minutes of play
* Boxing 1st round bell
* Baseball (home team winning) 4 1/2 innings
* Baseball (visitor winning) 5 innings
* Baseball (total runs) 9 innings
* Auto Racing Driver must complete initial lap
* Golf Golfer must tee off
* Other Sports - All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for betting purposes unless otherwise specified.

10. When wagering on "totals", overtime periods are counted in final score unless otherwise specified.

11. Overtime periods are counted in the second half score on halftime wagers unless otherwise specified.

12. The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.

13. Wagers on quarters, are for that quarter ONLY and DO NOT include overtime periods .

14. THE MAX PAYOFF ON ANY WAGER I.E. Parlay, Future Bets, Horses, etc. is $50,000.

15. Liability of EasyStreetSports.com A . The decisions of EasyStreetSports.com management will be final and binding in all matters between EasyStreetSports.com and users. .

B. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own jurisdiction. All customers of the EasyStreetSports.com games must be at least 18 years of age.

C. Any wager made by the customer will be EasyStreetSports.com's liability in respect to any claim or loss.

D. EasyStreetSports.com shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its absolute discretion. .

E. In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, EasyStreetSports.com will not be liable.
EasyStreetSports.com will not be liable in the following scenarios:

In the event of force majeure

The failure of EasyStreetSports.com's computer system or any part thereof for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system for any loss as a result of any act of God for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism.For the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent) For fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.

I. EasyStreetSports.com and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules.

II. EasyStreetSports.com accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.

III. These Rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between EasyStreetSports.com and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

BASEBALL RULES

Moneyline wagers are official after 5 complete innings of play if visiting team is leading or 4 1/2 innings if home team is leading. If a game is tied after 9 innings the game will go into extra innings and the teams will play until there is a winner* If a game is called due to inclement weather or another underlying reason the game is considered official after 5 complete innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is winning. Therefore, if a game is called or suspended the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

All runline and total (over/under) wagers the game must go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is winning) to have action. The listed pitchers must also start to have action.

*If a game goes past nine innings and is not completed for some underlying reason (suspended, curfew, act of God, etc) there is action on runlines and totals but not moneylines.

Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

Action: Wager on Team vs Team regardless of starting pitchers.

Team vs. Pitcher or Pitcher vs Team: Wager on or against one specified pitcher. The specified pitcher must start (throw 1 pitch) to have action.

Listed Pitchers: Both specified pitchers must start and throw at least one pitch to have action. All wagers on total runs scored and pointspreads (runlines) are always listed pitcher wagers.

In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game starting, moneyline odds will be adjusted if one or both of the specified or listed pitchers do not start. All ACTION wagers will be adjusted to opening price or odds with the new starting pitcher(s) and the original risk (stake) amount will not change. All listed wagers will be deemed " NO ACTION " in the event of a pitching change.

MLB

First 5 Inning Baseball Lines:

Money Lines: Any pitching change before the game will be "no action". Money lines will become official after 5 full innings, or 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.

Totals: Totals are official after 5 full innings. If the game should be official after 4 1/2 innings the wager will be considered "no action".

* All wagers on the 1st 5 innings are listed, no exceptions.

Baseball Prop Rules:

Official After 9 Full Innings:

Total Hits + Runs + Errors: Listed pitchers must start. The game must go 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning. Extra innings do count.

Total Strikeouts: The game must go 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning. Shortened games, while official for MLB purposes, are not for this particular prop.

Total Pitch Count: Will be official after 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning.

Team To Score The 1st run: Becomes official once a team has scored.

Will There Be A Score In The 1st Inning: ( yes/no ) 1st inning must be complete to have action.

Total Bases In The 1st At Bat: Will be official after 5 innings, 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.

*All Props are always listed pitchers, no exceptions. *All Props are graded after the game is final.

Baseball Futures

All Pennant and World Series wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event the winner of these said wagers is determined by the MLB. Whoever the MLB deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by MLB then all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.

Baseball Divisional Odds

To Win Teams must play at least 155 games in the regular season for wagers to have action. In the case of a split season and 155 games are played then team with best aggregate record will be deemed the winner. If two or more teams are tied with best aggregate record then the money is split between those teams. A divisional tie in a non split season the winner is determined by the MLB(usually via a non regular season game playoff). Whoever the MLB deems the winner, is the winner for wagering purposes.

NBA

NBA Futures

All Conference and Championship wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event the winner of these said wagers is determined by the NBA. Whoever the NBA deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by NBA then all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.

Wagering will be accepted by either:

A) Money Line (Canadian Line) ex: -1.40 / + 1.20

B) Puck Line (American Line) ex: 1 1/2 - 2 goals

Wagering will also be accepted on the total goals scored.

Overtime periods are counted in the final score.

NHL

NCAA Football Championship

All wagers are action regardless of shortened season, or any other unforeseen event. The winner is the team winning the National Championship, per the Bowl Championship Series (BCS). If no winner is determined by the BCS then all wagers are NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED. In the event that the BCS declares CO-CHAMPIONS, both teams will be considered winners, and will pay off at %50 OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS

NCAA Conference Odds To Win

All wagers are action, regardless of shortened season or any other unforeseen event. In Conferences that have a championship game, the winner of that particular conference's championship game is the winner of said conference. Conferences not using a championship game, the winner is determined by the team with the best final conference record. In the case of a tie for best record in a conference NOT USING a championship game, then the money will pay off at %50 OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS.

HORSE RACING RULES and PAYOFF ODDS

General Rules:

ALL HORSE RACING RULES AND PAYOFFS are handled by your Agent, please contact your agent for further information in regards to rules and payoffs.
ALL RACES ARE GRADED as soon as the results become official. The Daily Racing Form is our official results provider. In case of a discrepancy, the HORSE NUMBER, NOT NAME will be considered official. We only take wagers on thoroughbreds online but do take wagers on selected harness tracks via the call center.

ALL HORSE WAGERS can be made until the horses leave the gate. If for any reason the race does not close due to a technical difficulty and you are able to bet after the horses have left the gate, your bet will be voided and your money returned to your account.

Minimum Horse wager is $2 online and $10 via the call center, however you must wager at least $20 on the call). At all major tracks Maximum WIN, PLACE or SHOW wager is $500. Maximum exotic wager (Daily Double, Exacta, Quinella, and Trifecta) is $100 both online and via the call center.

Fixed Odds Wagering

Wagering on Future Events ie. Breeders Cup, Kentucky Derby, Preakness, etc. If horse that is wagered upon does not qualify to enter the race, the wager is a loss.

Win Number Of Horses:

1 Max Pay Off: Track Odds up to Max of 20/1 or $42 Description: Bettor selects a horse to win race. Bettor only receives "win" payoff amount.

Place Number Of Horses: 1 Max Pay Off: Track Odds up to Max of 8/1 or $18 Description: Bettor selects a horse to finish 1st or 2nd. Bettor only receives "place" payoff amount.

Show Number Of Horses: 1 Max Pay Off: Track Odds up to Max of 4/1 or $10 Description: Bettor selects a horse to finish 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. Bettor only receives "show" payoff amount.

Quinella Number Of Horses: 2 Max Pay Off: 100 to 1 or $402 Description: Bettor selects 2 horses which must finish 1st and 2nd, but not in any pre-specified order. Unlike the Exacta Box, the Quinella is a single wager so the wager amount is in fact the total wager amount. ENTRIES MUST BE SPECIFIED, QUINELLAS WILL NOT BE HONORED UNLESS AT LEAST 7 HORSES RUN.

Exacta (Perfecta) Number Of Horses: 2 Max Pay Off: 100 to 1 or $402 Description: Bettor selects 2 horses which must finish 1st and 2nd in the correct order specified by the bettor.

Trifecta (Triple) Number Of Horses: 3 Max Pay Off: 200 to 1 or $402 Description: Bettor selects 3 horses which must finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the exact order specified by the bettor. TRIFECTAS WILL NOT BE HONORED UNLESS AT LEAST 7 HORSES RUN.

Daily Double Number Of Horses: 2 Max Pay Off: 100 to 1 or $202 Description: Bettor selects both winners of 2 pre-specified races. Normally, Daily Doubles will be the first and/or last 2 races at a given track.

GOLF RULES

General Rules

In the event a tournament does not go the specified number of completed holes (usually 72), and the tournament is shortened by PGA officials, the leader at the end of number of holes determined to be official by the PGA shall determine the winner for wagering purposes. In the event that two or more golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, a sudden death playoff or a fixed amount of extra holes will determine the winner of the tournament for wagering purposes.

Match-ups: Wagering on Golf is based on two players matched up.

BOXING

1. When the bell sounds to begin the first round, the bout will be considered official for betting purposes, regardless of the scheduled length or title.

2. If the scheduled length of the match is changed, all prior wagers on the number of rounds the bout will last will be graded as 'No Action'

3. Each round is three minutes in duration; a half-round is defined as ninety seconds. When wagering on total rounds, please note that a line of 9 1/2 ROUNDS, MEANS 1:30 INTO THE 10TH ROUND! 9 complete rounds, plus 1:30 of the 10th.

4. For wagering purposes, the disqualification of a boxer during a match will be counted as a knockout by his opponent.

5. If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be paid, while wagers on either fighter will be lost. If the wagering offer includes only the two boxers, with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition, and the match ends in a draw, wagers on either fighter will be refunded.

In situations not covered by the previous rules, the wagering decision announced by the Don Best Sports information service will be considered official and binding.

Motor Racing and NASCAR Betting General Rules

There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events. Either on the out-right winner of the race or on the winner of a predetermined matchup.

Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided on the podium position of the day of the prize giving for the particular event, any changes in position after this time is not considered for settling purposes. If two drivers abandon the race after completing the same number of laps, the respective head to head is deemed void, otherwise the driver who completes the most laps will be deemed the winner if both drivers fail to finish the race.

* To win the race: 60% of the starting field must start the race for action.
* Top 3 (podium) finishes: 80% of the starting field must start for action.
* Drivers Matchups : Both drivers must start the race for action.
* * THE FORMATION LAP IS NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THE RACE FOR WAGERING PURPOSES.

SOCCER RULES

1 . Unless otherwise specified, wagers on the outcome of a match will be decided on regulation time only. This includes two halves of play and any time the referee adds on to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts.
2 . Soccer betting is a 3-way betting format unless otherwise specified. The bettor has to choose between the HOME TEAM, DRAW, or AWAY TEAM. All soccer matches that end in a tie after regulation time are considered a draw and only those bettors who bet the draw win their wager and those who bet the HOME Team or Away Team lose their wager.

3 . If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers on propositions that have not been decided shall also be voided and stakes returned. Wagers on propositions that have been decided (examples include, but are not limited to: first goalscorer, if a goal has been scored; first half wagering, if the first half is complete; first card, if a player has been sent off or booked) will be settled and paid.
