The rules at Easy Street Sports conform very closely to those found at Las Vegas. Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the Rules and regulations herein.

1. All clients must be 18 years of age.
2. Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will be voided. Management reserves the right to void any accounts that are opened using the same IP address or that use the same IP address to make wagers.
3. All rules, regulations, and payoffs listed in this publication are subject to change without prior written notice.
4. All customer betting accounts at Easy Street Sports are private and confidential.
5. The client has sole responsibility for his specific password and account number. Easy Street Sports is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and account number to other parties.
6. Easy Street Sports does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client's sole responsibility to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
7. Easy Street Sports is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership.
8. Customers at Easy Street Sports cannot risk more money than is available in their account.
9. Each client is required to identify himself by his betting account number and password on each call and each login to Easy Street Sports.
10. Easy Street Sports reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager at any time, and can deny wagers from clients who reside in states or provinces that prohibit sports wagering.
11. Easy Street Sports reserves the right to add, delete, or change house wagering rules or payoff odds.
12. Easy Street Sports cannot be held responsible for any computer, typing, or human error when posting odds, lines, or point spreads other than those intended. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed a "no action" wager, and the money will be credited accordingly.
13. Account balances must be verified by the customer on each call or visit to our website prior to wagering. When customer verifies and accepts account balance, customer agrees that all previous transactions are correct. All disputes and claims must be settled prior to making any additional wagers. Client must address all disputes and claims within 7 (seven) days from the date of wager. Easy Street Sports digitally records and archives all wagers. These recordings and archived records will be used only to resolve discrepancies, and shall serve as the final determination of any dispute.
14. The minimum wager via call center is $50. The maximum wagers can be viewed on our Wager Limits page.
    The minimum wager via the internet is $10. The maximum contest, proposition, or future wager is $500 unless otherwise specified.
15. The read back is final. All players are to confirm their bets with the operator at the end of the call using their account number and password. It's the responsibility of the caller to listen to the read back from the operator before confirming the wager. If, for some reason, the call is dropped before the process is completed, the wager will be accepted at the management's discretion. If a customer confirms a read back where the ticket writer made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the customer's responsibility to correct any errors during the read back.
16. In the event a customer does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties (disconnections, etc.) it is the customer's responsibility to call 877-867-4040 immediately to confirm the wager or the wager will be entered as understood by the ticket writer. In a case of a discrepancy, the archived recording of said transaction will determine the wager type and wager amount.
17. Wagers placed via the Internet will need to be confirmed by entering the password. All wagers are FINAL. If an Internet customer confirms a wager that he/she did not intend to make, the customer must immediately call the wagering department at 877-867-4040 and the wager will be forwarded for review, and deleted at the line manager's discretion.
18. Easy Street Sports cannot be held liable for Internet customer's mistakes.
19. It is the customer's responsibility to check pending wagers immediately after making a wager on the internet to ensure that the customer confirmed the wager. If the wager is not in pending bets, then the customer does not have a wager. Customer must re-enter the wager and confirm with a password to have action.
20. All sporting events must be played on the date and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another site will automatically constitute "No Action".
21. In order to have "action", the event must go:

    Other Sports	All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for betting purposes unless otherwise specified. When wagering on "totals", overtime periods are counted in final score unless otherwise specified.

    
    
22. Overtime periods are counted in the second half score on halftime wagers unless otherwise specified.
23. The home team is always listed as the bottom team unless otherwise specified.
24. Wagers on quarters are for that quarter ONLY and DO NOT include overtime periods.
25. The max payout on any wager (i.e. Parlay, Future Bets, Horses, etc. is $50,000.
26. The decisions of Easy Street Sports management will be final and binding in all matters between Easy Street Sports and users.
27. Laws regarding gaming vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of users to ensure that they understand and comply fully with any laws or regulations relevant to themselves in their own jurisdiction.
28. Easy Street Sports shall reserve the right to suspend or withdraw any game at its absolute discretion.
29. In the event of the cancellation of any game for any reason, Easy Street Sports will not be liable. This includes force majeure; the failure of Easy Street Sports' infrastructure or any part thereof for delays, losses, errors, or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or any other data transmission system; for any loss as a result of any act of God; for an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism; for the acts of Government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent); for fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind.
30. Easy Street Sports and the player shall not commit or purport to commit the other to honor any obligation other than is specifically provided for by these Rules.
31. Easy Street Sports accepts no liability for any damages, which may be caused to the user by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.
32. These rules constitute the entire Agreement and understanding between Easy Street Sports and the user. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version the English language version will be deemed to be correct.

What is a FREE PLAY?

A Free Play is a type of bonus that can be used to place bets in the Sportsbook free of risk. It is intended to help recreational bettors extend their play and increase their opportunities to win. Accepting a Free Play bonus is always optional and you can choose to decline a Free Play bonus offer.

Accepting a Free Play bonus constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the Easy Street Sports general Free Play rules. You thereby agree to comply with the terms of the rollover conditions in full before you can request a payout.

1. We receive withdrawal requests seven days a week from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm ET.
2. All withdrawal requests must be made by contacting our customer service department via phone (888-810-4321), live chat, or via email (cs@easystreetsports.com).
3. Requests received before noon ET will be processed the same day. Any request made after that time will be processed the following day.
4. All withdrawal requests will be subject to rollover qualifications. If a withdrawal is processed without having met these requirements, a bonus penalty will apply. Please see our Bonus Policy for details.
5. A. If you have previously used a credit card to deposit we will requir a copy of a valid form of ID (Driver's License or Passport), copies of all credit cards used (front and back), and an authorization form signed and dated. Official Game Time:

Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. If a game is called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner. If the home team scores to tie - or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning and the inning is not completed, the score at the time the game is called determines the winner.

Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified).

EasyStreetSports does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc. for betting purposes.

When betting on the total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8½ if the home team is ahead) to have action.

Wagers on total runs will be refunded if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch. Rules for the run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

Game must be played on scheduled date and site.

Baseball Betting | Money Line

Betting on baseball is done by risking more money than the win amount on favorites (Mets) or risking less to win more on dogs or underdogs (teams not favored to win).

Baseball Betting | Totals Over/Under

There is a standard 20 cent line.

A baseball Run Line bet is a combination of the point spread and the money line. The team wagered on must win by the point spread while the amount wagered is determined by the money line odds.

Baseball Betting | Parlays

The following chart can be used to calculate the payoff on baseball betting parlays. You can select from 2 to 15 teams. Use the factor corresponding to the line if you are betting on the favorite; if betting on the underdog add 1 to the line. Maximum parlay payout is $50,000

Example:

Taking the Pirates +220 and the Braves -135 in a 2 team parlay for $100: 100(wager) x 3.2 x 1.74 - 100(wager) = $457

Example:

3 team parlay taking the Red Sox +148, Mets EVEN and Texas -119 for $100: 100(wager) x 2.48 x 2.00 x 1.840 - 100(wager)= $813

Moneyline wagers are official after 5 complete innings of play if visiting team is leading or 4 1/2 innings if home team is leading. If a game is tied after 9 innings the game will go into extra innings and the teams will play until there is a winner.

If a game is called due to inclement weather or another underlying reason the game is considered official after 5 complete innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is winning. Therefore, if a game is called or suspended the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie or take the lead in the bottom half of the inning in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called.

All run line and total (over/under) wagers the game must go 9 innings (8 1/2 if the home team is winning) to have action. The listed pitchers must also start to have action.

If a game goes past nine innings and is not completed for some underlying reason (suspended, curfew, act of God, etc) there is action on run lines and totals but not money lines.

Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

Action: Wager on Team vs. Team regardless of starting pitchers.
Team vs. Pitcher or Pitcher vs. Team: Wager on or against one specified pitcher. The specified pitcher must start (throw 1 pitch) to have action.
Listed Pitchers: Both specified pitchers must start and throw at least one pitch to have action. All wagers on total runs scored and point spreads (run lines) are always listed pitcher wagers.

In the event there is a pitching change prior to the game starting, Moneyline odds will be adjusted if one or both of the specified or listed pitchers do not start. All ACTION wagers will be adjusted to opening price or odds with the new starting pitcher(s) and the original risk (stake) amount will not change. All listed wagers will be deemed “NO ACTION “in the event of a pitching change.

First 5 Inning Baseball Lines

Money Lines: Any pitching change before the game will be "no action". Money lines will become official after 5 full innings, or 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.
Totals: Totals are official after 5 full innings. If the game should be official after 4 1/2 innings the wager will be considered "no action".

All wagers on the 1st 5 innings are listed, no exceptions.

Baseball Prop Rules

Props are official after 9 Full Innings.
Total Hits + Runs + Errors: Listed pitchers must start. The game must go 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning. Extra innings do count.

Total Strikeouts: The game must go 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning. Shortened games, while official for MLB purposes, are not for this particular prop.
Total Pitch Count: Will be official after 9 full innings, 8 1/2 if the home team is winning.
Team to Score the 1st run: Becomes official once a team has scored.
Will There Be a Score In the 1st Inning: (yes/no) 1st inning must be complete to have action.
Total Bases In the 1st At Bat: Will be official after 5 innings, 4 1/2 if the home team is winning.
All Props are always listed pitchers, no exceptions. All Props are graded after the game is final.

Baseball Futures

All Pennant and World Series wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event the winner of these said wagers is determined by the MLB. Whoever the MLB deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by MLB then all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.

Baseball Divisional Odds

To Win Teams must play at least 155 games in the regular season for wagers to have action. In the case of a split season and 155 games are played then team with best aggregate record will be deemed the winner. If two or more teams are tied with best aggregate record then the money is split between those teams. A divisional tie in a non split season the winner is determined by the MLB (usually via a non regular season game playoff). Whoever the MLB deems the winner, is the winner for wagering purposes.

Official Game Time:

Bets are considered official after 43 minutes of play (NBA) or 35 minutes of play (NCAA). If the official time of play is not conducted, a bet on the team is treated as no action, and a parlay bet will be reduced accordingly. Game must be played on scheduled date and site.

Basketball Betting | Straight Bet

This wager is made when you choose a team and the point spread. The cost of the wager is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

Chicago Bulls -6

Basketball Betting | Totals (Over/Under)

This is a wager on the combined scores (total) of a game. That being over or under the posted line. The cost of the wager is 10/11.

Basketball Betting | Money Line

With this type of bet you wager which team is going to win. Disregarding the point spread.

This wager is made when you choose a team and the point spread. The cost of the wager is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

Betting on Football | Football Totals (Over/Under)

This is a wager on the combined scores (total) of a game. That being over or under the posted line. If you place a wager for UNDER 38, the combined total score of both teams must fall UNDER 38 pts.

TOTAL IS 38

Betting on Football | Football Parlay Wager

This play is a selection of teams in no particular order, in one play. All teams must win by the point spread margin. The more amount of teams, the greater the payoff.

Betting on Football | Football Teaser Wager

NCAA Football Championship

All wagers are action regardless of shortened season, or any other unforeseen event. The winner is the team winning the National Championship, per the Bowl Championship Series (BCS). If no winner is determined by the BCS then all wagers are NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED. In the event that the BCS declares CO-CHAMPIONS, both teams will be considered winners, and will pay off at %50 OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS

NCAA Conference Odds To Win
All wagers are action, regardless of shortened season or any other unforeseen event. In Conferences that have a championship game, the winner of that particular conference's championship game is the winner of said conference. A conference not using a championship game, the winner is determined by the team with the best final conference record. In the case of a tie for best record in a conference NOT USING a championship game, then the money will pay off at %50 OF THE ORIGINAL ODDS.

Official Game Time:

The game becomes official (action) after 55 minutes of play. Goals scored during overtime are included for wagers on the game, but are not included on wagers for the 3 rd period.

If a game requires a shoot-out to determine the winner, one goal will be awarded to the winner for the final score (regardless of how many goals scored in the shoot-out) which will be recognized for the total goals scored as well as the winning team.

NHL Hockey rules

Wagering will be accepted by either:

NHL Futures

All Conference and Championship wagers are considered action. In the case of a shortened season or any other unforeseen event the winner of these said wagers is determined by the NHL. Whoever the NHL deems the winner is the winner for wagering purposes. If no winner is determined by NHL then all wagers are considered NO ACTION AND ALL MONIES ARE REFUNDED.

If one player misses the cut, his opponent is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut the lower score wins. If both players have the same score, then all wagers are refunded.

Special Handicap Head to Heads

Straight money line betting as well as proposition bets on whether the fight, will go to a certain amount of rounds as predetermined on the day of the fight.

NASCAR

There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events. Either on the out-right winner of the race or on the winner of a predetermined matchup.
Driver must start for action.

If a postponed race takes place within 72 hours of the scheduled start time all bets have action.

Motor Racing and NASCAR Match-ups

Both drivers must start for action
Match-up 1:
Jeff Gordon -140 or risk $140 to win $100 Vs. Dale Earnhardt +120 or risk $100 to win$120

Formula One Betting

Bets on Formula One (F1), Motor and Auto races are decided on the podium position of the day of the prize giving for the particular event, any changes in position after this time is not considered for settling purposes. If two drivers abandon the race after completing the same number of laps, the respective head to head is deemed void, otherwise the driver who completes the most laps will be deemed the winner if both drivers fail to finish the race.

To win the race:
60% of the starting field must start the race for action.
Top 3 (podium) finishes:
80% of the starting field must start for action.

Drivers Matchups:

Both drivers must start the race for action.

THE FORMATION LAP IS NOT CONSIDERED PART OF THE RACE FOR WAGERING PURPOSES.

Straight bets are made when you choose a team and the point spread. The cost of the bet is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

Two or more teams or totals can be combined to make one wager.
In case off a tie or no action the parlay will revert to lower level payoff, except in a 2 team parlay where a tie reverts to a straight bet.

Teasers are wagers in which 2 to 7 teams are selected together in one wager with an adjusted point spread. In a teaser you can add points to the sides or mix both sides and totals adding or subtracting to the totals. If one selection loses the teaser is considered a loss.

If bets help customers who want to have action on more than one game but based on the result of the 1st wager. There are 2 types of if bets, “If Win Only” and “If Win/Ties or cancelled.

If Win only example:
